This group is designed to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for individuals struggling with substance use and addiction. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the emotional, behavioral, and environmental factors that contribute to substance use while developing healthier coping skills and strategies for long-term recovery. Group discussions will focus on relapse prevention, stress management, emotional regulation, self-awareness, communication skills, and building positive support systems. Members are encouraged to share experiences, gain insight, and receive encouragement from others facing similar challenges. The goal of this group is to promote healing, accountability, personal growth, and emotional wellness.
