Women’s Wellness Group (Ages 18–25) This clinically-informed group offers a supportive space for young women navigating the transitions of early adulthood. We combine relational process with evidence-based skills to address anxiety, perfectionism, and "stuckness." In this intimate, small-group setting, we focus on: Anxiety Management: Building tangible tools to regulate the nervous system. Women’s Issues: Exploring identity, boundaries, and self-advocacy.
