Grace Therapy and Wellness Center's Groups
Women's Self-Care (Virtual)
Are you looking for support through changes in your life, a sense of community with other women, and a practice space to improve your social connections? The Women's Self-Care therapy group helps you improve social skills, give and receive feedback about communication, and obtain support for overcoming obstacles. We discuss ways to build and maintain family and intimate relationships, as well as develop networks of support. Strategies are provided for managing anxiety and depression, as well as navigating career goals. This virtual group is led by two trained relational psychotherapists and currently has a waitlist.
Early Adult Lgbtqia+ Therapy Group (Virtual)
This virtual group is for individuals 18-35 who want to learn how to build community, hold boundaries, ask for and give support, grow in their inner safety and self-care skills, and deepen confidence in their identities. Led by queer-identified clinicians Rachel Hunter, AMFT, CCTS (she/her) and Casey VanderStel, EMDR (they/she), this group is for all non-straight, trans, gender expansive and queer-questioning identities to join in conversation, growth, and community. Potential members will be provided with an interview with the facilitators to determine if the group can be a good fit. Paused til fall.
