“What is most personal is most universal” -Carl Rogers Do you ever feel alone in your emotions, like no one could ever fully understand what you are feeling or going through?
If you are feeling overwhelmed, alone, or stuck in life, then I want to help. I work with diverse populations and presenting concerns but specialize in anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ issues, women’s issues, and life transitions.
I approach the counseling relationship from a person-centered perspective. My goal in counseling is to foster a strong therapeutic alliance where you feel comfortable, respected, and capable of being your most genuine self. I also draw on aspects of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), CBT, DBT, narrative, existential, and strengths-based therapy.
If you are interested in counseling, please send me an email and we can set up a free consultation call. By working together as you navigate life’s challenges, my hope is that you will grow to feel confident, empowered, and capable of taking on the world.
