Therapy is a place for an individual to intentionally explore their experiences with the support of a therapist dedicated to promote healing and well-being. My work is centered around clients finding their voice, existential wonder, further developing their sense of self & feeling secure in who they are. Life holds opportunity and challenge, stagnation and growth, loss and meaning. I view the therapeutic relationship as a dynamic space where unconscious patterns can be explored, pain points understood, and goals clarified. I blend a variety of evidence-based approaches- with a primary psychodynamic & somatic therapy foundation. I can draw upon narrative therapy, CBT, DBT & solution-focused techniques to tailor our work to what resonates with you. My approach is rooted in strength-based, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, designed to foster & empower lasting healing.
