My name is Grace Smith, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience working in the mental health care and social services industry. My goal is to provide (w) holistic-focused psychotherapy services that promote wellness, growth, and transformation of the individuals, families, and/or groups served. As therapy can often be uneasy or uncomfortable, I strive to create and maintain a safe place for clients to talk and process life's stresses to restore peace and balance in their lives.
I work with clients to navigate challenging times and cultivate hope for the future. I believe that the capacity to heal lives within us all, and we ALL deserve acceptance and to feel validated in the care that helps us discover it.
