Hi, I’m Grace Santangelo, a Licensed Associate Counselor and National Certified Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with teens and young adults experiencing depression, anxiety, self-harm, relationship and attachment struggles, trauma, OCD, pet grief/loss and more.
Together, we’ll look at how childhood and past experiences have shaped your core beliefs and psychological patterns, and how they show up in your life now. We’ll also focus on what you can do to nurture those old wounds, shift unhelpful patterns, and create healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
I draw from CBT, DBT, REBT, and psychodynamic therapy to support both understanding and practical change. My style is warm, gentle, and deeply empathetic. And because I’ve been on the other side of therapy myself, I know how vulnerable it is to let someone in. I’ll meet you where you are, while also offering a supportive challenge when it feels right.
