I am trained in ETT (Emotional Transformation Therapy) which uses traditional talk therapy, light therapy, eye movements, and attachment theory. ETT addresses various issues such as trauma, physical pain, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more! I also utilize Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy & Christian Based Therapy
