My approach is supportive, relational, systemic, and insight-oriented. I draw from psychodynamic, person-centered, EMDR, CBT, and solution-focused therapies to meet each client’s unique needs. Through a systemic lens, I help clients understand how relationships, environments, and intergenerational patterns shape their experiences and path toward change.
Before becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist in New York, I practiced as a clinical psychologist in Asia, working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Fluent in English and Filipino (Tagalog), I conduct therapy in both languages and bring a deep respect for culture, family, and the many forms of strength that emerge through transformation.
