We all face challenges. Whether you’re feeling the stress of parenting, you need help communicating effectively with your partner, you’re struggling through school or you’re having a hard time adjusting to changes in the world around us, you’ve come to the right place. I’m here to listen without judgement. I balance empathy with honest, necessary feedback because I find that without both, growth and progress just don’t happen. My 25 years of experience working with adults, children, couples and families will help us to streamline your journey and reach your goals.
I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), a therapy that will help you tolerate stress and regulate your emotions (anger, depression, anxiety and more). We’ll use the skills you learn to improve your interpersonal relationships and bring mindfulness and peace into your life. I am based in family systems theory and other models of treatment.
Reaching out right now for help and support as you’re working through the challenges in your life is an important, and sometimes scary step. I’m here to listen, really listen to what you’re looking for and help you get there. Please contact me so we can get started on making the transformation that you are looking for.
