Are you feeling overwhelmed? Inadequate, anxious, or disconnected? Are you or your loved ones repeating behaviors, relationships, or situations, and wishing you could break the cycle? Maybe little things feel more frustrating or exhausting than usual. Sometimes, we aren't sure what causes our distress, but we can sense we're not reaching our potential for health, happiness, or success. And even when we know the cause, change can still feel impossible. That's where I come in. My job is not to judge you--it's to listen, help you understand the root causes of your difficulties, and teach you practical tools to help change your life.
Together, we can build customized goals and an actionable plan. I'm qualified to help with a variety of challenges; however, I specialize in treating anxiety, trauma, grief, and attachment-, relationship-, and LGBTQ-related issues. I also enjoy helping clients increase self esteem, form healthy boundaries, cope with life transitions, & navigate spirituality.
I currently practice as an LMFT at Caring Connected in Valencia and have 6+ years of experience across community mental health, non-profit, and school-based settings. In addition to in-person sessions, I offer video and phone options. I also offer the ability to make payments, send messages, and fill out forms in a secure, online Client Portal.

All our providers are licensed/registered and have Master's/Doctoral degrees, at least 2,000 hours of professional experience, and must have completed their own therapy before working with us.
