Hello and welcome! Creating a supportive space is my priority. I strive to foster an environment where clients can freely express themselves and explore areas of their lives where they may feel stuck. I am in a new phase of my therapeutic work and integrating more of IFS and movement exercises to support clients in gaining new perspectives and tap into their strengths to tackle the challenges and life transitions they face.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), (DBT), receiving Internal Family Systems (IFS) training, and implement somatic techniques during my sessions. These frameworks guide my work with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, particularly pregnancy/infant loss—and other significant life transitions.

Through a creative and authentic therapeutic relationship, I aim to encourage exploration and growth in navigating life's hardships.
