I am an openminded therapist who focuses on self-discovery, challenging negative thoughts and strengthening your core beliefs and values. When in my office, judgement will be taken out of the equation and replaced with encouragement and self-challenge.
I work with a wide range of people with a focus on adolescents and young adults, women's issues, the LGBTQ+ community, and anyone navigating life stressors. Whether that be a divorce, death of a loved one, leaving for college, starting high school, or other life transitions.

Groups
Teen DBT Group
Ages 15-20, all genders welcome. Learn to handle difficult emotions through: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Emotion Regulation. Group starts February 1st, in person only. $50 intake for new clients, each session is $30. Self-pay only.
