I believe that the most important relationship we develop is with our inner self. People often get caught up in repetitive patterns that may hinder their work, love, or personal relationships caused by past traumas or disconnection from oneself. This may inhibit them from being able to live a fulfilling life. The process of getting in touch with often unknown aspects of oneself enables one to lead a fuller life. Lack of such a connection with our psychological center leads in varying degrees to emotional homelessness, emptiness in one's work, and personal relationships. In my publications I explore the notion of "inner home".
My approach is personalized to my clients. I encourage them to say whatever comes to mind while focusing on their communication, to ascertain the underlying causes of their psychological problems. My goal is to help them achieve self understanding, feel greater satisfaction in life, and to advance in the world.
