Maybe you've tried to think your way through it — and it still shows up. In your body, your relationships, the moments that catch you off guard. Trauma has a way of doing that. I work with individuals, teens, couples, and families navigating complex PTSD, past abuse, mood disorders, personality disorders, and dissociative experiences. As an BIPOC therapist in the Bay Area, I bring a genuine, lived understanding of navigating cultural identity and family expectations alongside everything else. Healing is possible. You don't have to keep carrying this the same way.

My approach is relational and tailored to you — sometimes that means deep conversation, sometimes EMDR to help your nervous system process what words alone can't reach. EMDR is one of several tools I draw from, and works especially well for people who've tried other approaches and still feel stuck. Sessions are warm, collaborative, and built around you.

This is a space where all of you is welcome — including your identity, your culture, and your story. I work with the LGBTQ+ community and am affirming of all backgrounds.
