Hi! I’m currently accepting new clients, and I’m really glad you found your way here. Whether you’re hoping to work through past experiences, manage day-to-day stress, or build some tools to handle changes in your life, we can take that on together. I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach to therapy. We’ll work as a team to figure out what you want out of this space and what feels most helpful for you. I try to keep sessions relaxed and real because feeling comfortable and safe is what helps you feel truly heard and understood. This is your space and your journey, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I specialize in helping clients navigate life transitions and build skills to thrive while managing things like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and past experiences/trauma. I’m trained in EMDR and use approaches like CBT and informed DBT to offer practical, usable tools for managing emotions, building healthier relationships, and getting through hard moments.
My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you can take a breath, let your guard down, and just be yourself. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start we’ll figure it out together.
