As a certified complex trauma professional and TBRI practitioner, I provide trauma-informed care. Trauma does not have to be a life-changing event— trauma happens when our brains become overwhelmed—we all experience little traumas every day. Many of our negative beliefs stem from unprocessed trauma. In therapy, we can unwind and rebuild our perspectives.
