I'm caring, encouraging and liberating. My practice is grounded in feminist, multicultural, anti-oppression, and anti-capitalist frameworks. I want to guide you on your journey to become the best version of yourself. I center my work around connecting the mind, body and soul to find peace and energetic balance with various holistic and somatic practices. In using these approaches, clients learn their abilities to address any anxiety, depression, traumas, energy blocks, loss of self, difficult relationships and other maladaptive behaviors to become their most desired and divine selves.
I use a "Whole" Person-Centered approach with every client by working collaboratively to identify values and strength-based goals and realize solutions. I practice Psychodynamic Therapy, Somatic Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy and Mindfulness to encompass healing the mind, body and soul of suffering and addictions.
I provide an inclusive and diverse service to clients and other self-healers. I practice holding a neutral and safe space for clients with deep care and respect for however they are able to show up. I highlight that I will show up for my clients and provide them with the emotional, energetic and physical support needed for their healing.
