It’s okay to ask for help. Here, we support you through any challenge—whether coping with mental health concerns, navigating growth, managing transitions, or adapting to an ever-changing world. We specifically specialize in supporting individuals with ADHD, Autism, and other neurodivergent identities, offering compassion and understanding, and not shying away from unique capabilities. Together, by leveraging individual strengths and a curated sense of self-empowerment, we’ll build healthy coping skills, manage emotions, create boundaries, and help them thrive in ways that honor their individual goals.
I work with all ages, but my specialty is young children with ADHD, Autism, intellectual/developmental differences and/or challenges with executive functioning, behavior, peer relationships, school concerns, trauma and family dynamics. I offer 1:1 therapy, caregiver support, small groups, workshops, and neurodivergent-affirming training and consultation.
At this practice, we welcome, affirm and celebrate ALL. We are deeply passionate about championing the uniqueness of each individual and seeing all through all of their own complexities, making therapy a positive and affirming experience. I am honored to be allowed into your life and looking forward to meeting you. Please call to schedule a free consultation
