As a certified complex trauma professional and TBRI and EMDR practitioner, I provide trauma-informed care. Many of our negative beliefs stem from unprocessed trauma.We can process trauma and reconstruct perspective with hope. I am trained in narcissistic abuse, anxiety, sexual and religious trauma, and expressive arts therapy levels 1 and 2.
