Sometimes life happens in a way that leaves us hurt, questioning, and unsure of what to do next. Connection and relationships are a part of a collaborative process to engage in healing. I practice through connecting our thoughts to our emotions and bodily sensations through EMDR, Ketamine, DBT, Schema Therapy and relational tools. While therapy goals are built on your needs, I will always maintain a focus of deeper self awareness during our time together. We will focus on creating a space of possibilities and connections that recognizes each as an individual to help remove the stigma around receiving help.

I am passionate about creating a space of radical inclusivity for all people from all walks of life. I take time and care in educating myself to best explore the world you exist within. Our goal in the therapy room is creating a place where anyone is able to be authentically known and seen in your true identity. I work with ages 4-80 years old.

There is no true self-knowledge that is not an acknowledgement of one's origins, one's community identity, and one's own history." This is the framework in which we together can heal and grow through therapy.
