When traditional therapy feels like it’s only taken you so far, I help children and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and interpersonal challenges dive deeper into a safe space for authentic growth. I draw from emotion-focused therapy, attachment-based therapy, IFS, nervous system regulation, and client-centered play therapy. My approach is adaptive, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. My goal is to create a supportive space for healing, self-discovery, and growth, whether through deep reflection or creative, playful work.
