My approach is collaborative, structured, and grounded in both professional training as well as my own lived experience. Using evidence-based therapies including EMDR and ACT, I help you move toward a life guided by your values rather than your symptoms alone. Therapy with me is not about pretending the pain isn’t real, but instead helping reduce suffering.

Chronic Pain/Illness Group Therapy
STARTING OCTOBER 20th: FROM PAIN TO PURPOSE. **Insurance is accepted!** Living with chronic pain can feel isolating -like no one truly understands what it’s like to move through each day carrying something others can’t see. In this group, you’ll connect with others who do understand, while learning mind-body skills that help you reclaim more of your life. This group is based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which is intended on increasing meaning/purpose and reduced avoidance/unhelpful behaviors. The group is closed, therefore the same members will be in it throughout the 8 week duration.
