My approach to therapy is first and foremost safety and connection. I know it is vulnerable to share your life, including your weaknesses, hurts, and fears. I hope that you will find me to be a safe place to share honestly. I draw from CBT, Christian counseling, EFT, EMDR, Mindfulness, & Narrative Therapy to support you in your healing journey.
I endeavor to create a safe and nurturing environment where clients can feel safe to express their thoughts and feelings and explore all aspects of their lives. My style is very easy-going and honest. I love collaborating with my clients to help them find the answers they're searching for. I currently have a few openings for virtual therapy in California.
