Groups
DBT Skills Group - Virtual
This is a virtual DBT Skills Group that meets weekly via Zoom. The group is didactic, feeling more like a class and we learn all the DBT skills across all four modules: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, & interpersonal effectiveness. We spend 5-weeks on each module, totaling 20 weeks for the program. The group starts on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. This group is a great fit for those looking to cope more effectively with intense emotions, stop engaging in challenging or impulsive behaviors, manage conflict effectively and/or improve relationships.
