About
I am accepting new clients. I welcome women who would like to grow in ways productive and satisfying for their emotional and personal wellness. I am a clinical psychologist with over 40 years of experience with helping people with a wide range of issues, including issues of depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, work and life stress, and family of origin stresses, including ACOA (adult children of alcoholic) issues. I have experience with helping women to cope better with a chronic illness, such as of the autoimmune type. I counsel women on Saturdays, Sundays, and some Mondays and Fridays.
I am a supportive, respectful, and interactive psychologist. I am a good listener and think that people benefit also from a therapist who provides input, techniques, and ideas to guide them toward self-understanding and dealing productively with life stresses.
I am an experienced therapist and am devoted to helping women with a variety of situations and issues. I have more than 40 years of experience since my Masters in Clinical Psychology and more than 30 years post Ph.D. I worked at a university counseling center for 30 years and have had a private practice since 1988. I am over 60 years of age.
