Hello and welcome! My approach to therapy is rooted in curiosity, compassion, courage and humor. I offer therapy that weaves together evidenced based modalities such as Internal Family Systems with various mindfulness practices, Yoga Therapy and your own wisdom.

I believe we've all had experiences in life that made us have to hide, diminish or reject parts of ourselves to feel safe, accepted and loved. My role is to provide the space and methods to bring healing awareness to those experiences, unburden and reclaim those parts of yourself and support you in living with more authenticity and empowerment.
I do not see people as broken to be fixed. Instead I seek to co-create the conditions through which a person can remember their wholeness. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
