Helping individuals make the best of relationships with their partners, children, & themselves is my goal.
I coach on communication skills, assertiveness, healthy boundaries, stress management, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and parenting methods using evidence-based practices specific to individual needs such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, Motivational Interviewing, & Trauma-Focused CBT.
Therapy can be uneasy, and having a safe environment to talk about or process life's stresses is vital. I strive to create a safe space for clients to restore peace and balance in their lives.
