My clients often start therapy when they feel like they are barely holding it together. I provide individual and couples therapy that is attuned, warm and transparent and often clients that come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, depressed or anxious and leave feeling more clear-headed and confident in themselves. Whether you need short term support or want to dive deeper and work through long term patterns, I'll be there as a guide and ally.
With my training in DEEP (Dynamic Enriched Experiential Psychotherapy), I seek to create a safe haven for my clients, where they feel supported and deeply seen. I specialize in anxiety, depression, substance use and building self-esteem. I work with teens to older adults, and individuals and couples.
Through my years of work in homeless services with client’s with substance use and/or severe mental illness, I am skilled in holding space and supporting clients experiencing varying degrees of trauma and crisis. I hope you’ll allow me to honor and explore whatever has brought you to seek therapy.
