I am a dedicated Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who is passionate about helping individuals create lasting change in their lives. I have worked with clients from all walks of life and understand the importance of addressing both the mental and emotional aspects of well-being. I especially enjoy helping youth feel empowered in their mental health journeys and tailoring interventions that align with their unique strengths and developmental needs. I believe in empowering clients by building on their existing resilience and helping them develop tools to manage and overcome challenges.
My approach to therapy is grounded in a warm, welcoming environment where clients can feel seen, heard, and understood. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with a strong focus on trauma-informed care.
I believe in meeting each person where they are, using a strengths-based approach and collaborating with each client to form an individualized treatment plan. Outside of my professional life, I love diving into realistic fiction novels, trying new coffee shops around the city, and spending time with friends exploring all that Chicago has to offer.
