My work is shaped by a lifelong love of learning, a genuine curiosity about people, and a desire to help individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity and compassion. Alongside my counseling work, I continue to serve as an informatician, helping clinicians make evidence based decisions — a parallel to how I approach therapy: thoughtful, grounded, and tailored to each person’s needs.
My Christian faith is central to who I am and informs the way I show up with presence, humility, and respect. For many years, I have served as a Stephen Minister, walking alongside individuals through grief, loss, and transition. In therapy, I offer that same steady, grace filled space where clients can explore their experiences and move toward healing.
