I specialize in working with people who crave connection, freedom, and understanding. Many of my clients come to therapy with a desire to be free from the patterns they have felt trapped in and to deepen their connection with themselves and others. My greatest goal is to truly see you, understand the path that has led you here, and empower you as you move toward the life you want. I believe in uplifting the identities of all who cross my path, and as such honor the unique, complex story that has led you here. We will take the time to explore your past and present, as well as find a way to move closer your hopes and dreams.

My work centers around holistic connection and freedom. I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and flourish if given the space to feel secure and seen. I value your agency, safety, and dignity above all else, so your voice, intuition, and desires will always be upheld and honored in our work together.

I use a trauma-informed approach that blends narrative, somatic, and person-centered approaches. Together, we will explore to understand your history, present, and hopes/dreams so we can mold a path for you. We will work on reconnecting you to the your identity, feelings, thoughts, and body so that you can deepen your self-understanding and self-acceptance.
