My practice is designed for those who want to go beyond traditional talk therapy into the realm of embodied healing & transformation. Processing and integrating past experiences with self and others creates the opportunity for cellular change & healing from the inside out. I specialize in supporting adult clients 21+ struggling with unresolved trauma that blocks them from moving forward, anxiety, imposter syndrome, self-worth, perfectionism, boundaries, embodiment, chronic pain, sexuality challenges, existential and spiritual ennui and life purpose, feeling stuck and directionless, and life transitions.
I offer an integrative holistic approach, including psychadelic therapy, somatic therapy, hypnotherapy, IFS "parts work", and numerous other modalities which powerfully support the mind-body-spirit connection to go beyond coping, to identifying & resolving the ROOT cause of distress. It is from this place that the magic of healing and transformation occurs.
