I am a licensed professional counselor, registered play therapist, and ketamine assisted psychotherapy provider. My approach is individualized and I practice from a toolkit of various modalities including: Internal Family Systems, Synergetic Play Therapy, mindfulness, The Demartini Method, The Neurosequential Model, interpersonal neurobiology, and family systems theories.
