My approach focuses on client-centered, evidence-based treatment. Specifically, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational and Cognitive Interviewing techniques, and customize my approach to meet each client's needs, values, and goals. I specialize in helping adults and seniors work through various psychological and emotional issues.
