Hello! I work with individuals who experience challenges such as worry, sadness, irritability, rapid mood changes, distraction, poor energy, sleep disruption, burnout, low self-esteem, and relationship problems. My clients are motivated to understand themselves better, improve their relationships with others, and enhance their sense of wellbeing.
I provide trauma-informed, client-centered care to help my clients address symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. My approach integrates mindfulness, attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, and somatic practices. I am trained in EMDR.
I aspire to provide a compassionate, inclusive, and affirming therapy space in order to help you achieve your therapy goals. I offer in-person services in Indianapolis and offer telehealth throughout Indiana. Please use the secure form on my website if you would like to connect with me for a free consultation call. I look forward to meeting you!
