About

I value the counseling relationship and have a desire to practice with a client-centered, strengths based approach. I have a great deal of experience working with families, and specifically with children and adolescent clients. Life experiences also drive my clinical passions, including working with those struggling with difficult emotions and complicated family situations and relationships. My experience also includes working with pre-teens and teens struggling with emotional dysregulation and difficulty with communicating their thoughts and feelings effectively.
I utilize a Person-Centered, Cognitive & Dialectic Behavioral approach to counseling, and carry a strong focus on client strengths throughout the counseling relationship. I specialize in working with children and teens who have troubles managing emotions, such as emotions that are too intense, as well as individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
I am an associate licensed clinician in pursuit of full licensure. I am working under the supervision of Joanna Bloss at Generations Counseling. As an associate licensed clinician, I am able to offer a reduced fee for clients of $80 per session. I do not accept insurance at this time.
