If you’re feeling overwhelmed by your anxiety, depression, ADHD, or the weight of questioning who you are, I'd love to help you feel better, accept yourself more, and find solutions. Maybe you’re exhausted from holding everything in, struggling to know yourself, trying to survive each day, numbing out, feeling stuck, and/or frustrated by the tasks you just can't seem to finish. Your pain is real and therapy can help. Therapy is a space where I listen without judgement and you can show up exactly who you are. You can be open and honest about how hard life is and we’ll explore what’s really happening inside of you under the surface.
I support pre-teens, teens, and adults navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, suicidal thoughts, self-injury, identity exploration, queer, and other LGBTQIA+ concerns. ACT, DBT, and CBT will help us identify the best tools for you to manage stress, reduce emotional overwhelm, ease your suffering, regain a sense of control, while building self compassion.
