I specialize in working with individuals and couples in their 20s-40s. This period of life brings significant life changes and challenges where many people find themselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck, dissatisfied, or in need of extra support. Juggling relationships, a career, pregnancy or parenthood, caring for aging parents, or other challenges while trying to care for yourself can feel impossible. I offer a professional, yet comfortable, space to provide guidance, support, and practical skills to help you navigate life's ups and downs and build or maintain healthy, fulfilling relationships.
I have specialty training in couples issues (dating, engaged, or married), perinatal mental health (pregnancy through postpartum), anxiety, spirituality/religion, grief and loss, & developing secure and healthy relationships (with yourself, family, friends, etc.). I believe everyone deserves to love themselves and their life.
In therapy you will gain insight into yourself, your relationships, and your experiences, learn skills to manage stress & anxiety, create healthy boundaries, communicate effectively, and have healthy relationships, and grow as an individual. If you have any questions or think we would be a good fit, I hope you will reach out.
