We all start somewhere. With the right clinical supervisor, you build a stable, competent foundation. Specialization in treating attachment trauma, personality disorders, and complex PTSD. Plus business building guidance. Virtual clinical supervision for LPCCs in CO and RMHCIs in FL, plus the real stuff: ethical marketing, documentation, burnout prevention, business practices and building a virtual practice that works. Beyond clinical work, I have run my own private practice for 10 years, maintaining a full caseload while staying ethically sound and financially viable. Supervision typically ignores the business side. I don't.
I bring 12+ years of experience working with attachment trauma: people healing from abusive relationships, dysfunctional families, complex trauma disorders, personality disorders, and the attachment wounds that follow. If that list makes you pause...good. You should take this population seriously. I will teach you how to work with them without burning out.
