Finding the right therapist can be overwhelming, so I'm glad you are here. I know it takes courage to sit across from a stranger, hoping you will finally be seen and understood. But it's Worth It. I am a counselor because I was a client first. I truly believe that you can come to learn what I learned through therapy: healing is possible. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space for trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship pain, and the questions and fears you’ve carried alone for too long. Together, we will untangle old patterns, lighten what feels heavy, and help you move toward the healing you’ve always deserved.
I use a blend of evidence-based approaches tailored specifically to your needs, including EMDR, CBT, DBT techniques, somatic work, sand-tray therapy, plus humor, and a LOT of analogies.
