Hello! My name is Grace and I am licensed in the state of Wisconsin as an LPC. I enjoy working with adults that are wanting to improve their quality of life and mental health through individual psychotherapy. I treat a host of diagnoses, including anxiety and depressive disorders, and disorders associated with trauma. I have additional training in treating eating disorders and substance use disorders.
Each client is unique, an important part of how I provide therapy is working to get to know a person. While I have a framework for therapy influenced by interpersonal and CBT theories I find I'm most successful when I can be present, grounded, and curious. I believe people deserve empathy, autonomy, and safety and I work to prioritize this in session.
