I specialize in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Trauma, and Depression. I am also trained in helping those with Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRB's), such as skin-picking and hair-plucking. I have extensive experience working with individuals who are in crisis, as well as those struggling with chronic medical illness issues.
I help individuals through providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT). These are the interventions for OCD and Anxiety that the research shows works, and our Practice sees the powerful and freeing influence of them on the lives on those we serve, every day.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered, in order to work together toward meaningful change. I love helping people discover the pathway for how to get free from OCD, Trauma, Anxiety and Depression, and then getting to walk alongside them as they take that journey.
