About
I work primarily with adolescents, college students, and young adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, family issues, and dealing with life's difficult transitions. I view it as an honor to walk alongside others through pain in their journey toward growth and healing.
As a clinician I have been trained in eating disorder-informed practices, and family therapy, allowing me to work with various issues; and, personalize treatment to meet each individuals' needs for therapy. My approach to counseling is interpersonal, seeking to provide a place of safety and healing. https://www.havencounselingcenter.com/grace-frazier
