I specialize in relationship issues. This includes, married and cohabitating couples, in addition to parent/child relationships. We live in a society where we all face situations that creates feelings of anger or depression. I help clients determine the triggers for these emotions and then focus on making changes in themselves.
I am a retired Air Force Major and have a thorough understanding of what it takes to serve your country and family at the same time. I understand the impact of deployments/separations on these relationships. Competing priorities create stress, but it can be managed effectively.
