I offer a holistic, strengths based, person centered, experiential style of therapy. This includes art therapy. In art therapy, art becomes a way of knowing, expressing, considering, and exploring within the session. But, this also definitely includes talking. We use art and words to gain perspective and insight on how to help you feel better.
