I typically support young adults, adolescents, and families who are navigating anxiety, relationship issues and family conflicts.
I love working with people who feel overwhelmed — overthinking everything, shutting down, getting irritable, or stuck in the same patterns. Life, relationships, or responsibilities can suddenly feel heavier than they should, and it’s exhausting to carry alone.
My goal is to create a space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and not worry about being judged. Together, we’ll figure out what’s going on and build practical tools so things feel more manageable and less stuck.
I help clients understand their reactions — whether that shows up as anxiety, irritability, avoidance, or shutting down — and learn skills to handle emotions, communicate more clearly, and cope day-to-day. We also gently explore how past experiences may still be influencing the present.
