Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to keep going can be incredibly isolating. You don't have to face it alone. I am passionate about working with individuals who feel hopeless, have experienced trauma, or feel overwhelmed and unsure how to move forward. I especially enjoy working with children ages 6 and older, middle and high school students, and young adults. That said, I welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds and strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported.
I take various approaches to therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and a solutions-focused approach. I am a Christian and a licensed minister, and I can integrate faith-based services if you are open to it.
I hope to provide a safe and empathetic space for clients to work through challenges at your own pace, without judgement. My goal is for you to feel truly heard, supported, and understood.
