I’m Grace, and I am passionate about supporting individuals at various stages of life. My goal is to create a supportive space for innate healing. With children, I use primarily child-centered play therapy—their natural language—to build emotional regulation and self-awareness. With teens and adults, I take a trauma-informed approach using EMDR and Internal Family Systems to help process the past and foster lasting change.
As a musician, I understand the power of creativity in healing. I incorporate music, art, movement, and walk-and-talk therapy to offer alternative ways of processing emotions.
