Feeling comfortable and supported by your therapist is essential, and I strive to provide a welcoming zone for you to be yourself. I want to work with my clients where they are, and help them find their strengths. Using our strengths can help us overcome issues that we face in everyday life. I believe that every client is unique, and treatment should reflect that.
I work with ages 6+. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, self esteem, and ADHD.
